I have 4 recurrent miscarriage in first trimester due to bleeding. I was taking phal ghrit from 6 months as directed by practo ayurvedic doctor. But now i am not conceiving. What to do.

I use one face pack for my skin besan+ neem+ tarmaric+ lemon... With this get good results.. But Dr said that don't use leman use rose water... For a week I use rose water instead of leman after my Fluffynes in face n nack is as it is... Which decrease with lemon... So what can I do.. Is use of lemon give any side...???

My skin is 3 shade darker because of I use stiroid cream for pigmentation on face... Now I use homemade face pack to rid this problem... ie half leman+ besan+ turmeric+ neem..it give me very positive effect but it bright my skin but after suggestions of Dr I stop using lemon in that... After this thir is no good effect skin become tann.. Shall I continue to use lemon on face is safe
