I never had late period ..I got corona then recovered ..I took vaccination on 10june and got period on 11june after that today is 27july I have not got period ...delay in period could be due to vaccination and corona my d3 is low also hemoglobin is low..no thyroid no pragnancy

I'm having mild pain (as if the cheek region is over tired) in the cheeks for past 3 days.. also feeling little tightness on the sides of the throat (topmost part of neck).. due to this, I'm not comfortable talking in little loud or normal tone. Talking in soft tone and only few words. I'm having acidity issue for one week due to which I'm belching through out the day even if I drink little water. Is these all related.. please help.

Doctor gave me hinguvachadi gulika for gastritis it works well for me. I'm taking one in morning and one in night after food I'm taking it from 4 months is it k does it have any side effects if I didn't take my stomach bloats and hurts .I follow healthy diet still I have gastritis .I read if taken in long term it increases blood pressure
