Hello I get headache and sometimes numbness in my hands and legs and usually occurs while I sleep and these headaches don't go easily and I usually know when they come like I get indication of headache and it doesn't go immediately but takes 2-3days to reduce. I can't even concentrate or can't do any work and have a bad mood. Please help I have contacted alopathy doctors with no proper diagnosis.

Is there any ayurvedic medicine for ibs with alternative multiple motion symptoms and after that constipation.

I hav hypothyroidism since 8 years.post covid symptoms from 8 months.I hav anxiety stress depression also so I hav high heart beat120 /minute and glucose fluctuates means morning when I wake 4 o'clock or 6 o clock.I feel fully empty stomach. and  after 1 hour  eating food also I feel same feeling I hav very hungry after 2 hours every eating.be fg ore 3 months I tested hba1c is 5.8,fasting glucose 99 for 100 , pp glucose 110.I follow low carbohydrate diet ,leaves kashaya,methe dana,after 3 months I tested hba1c is 5.06. fbs is 93,ppbs is 120.now my doubt is can I follow these diet life long.now from some days I feel same empty stomach feeling. Any ayurveda permanent solution is there.please reply.

Does ayurveda has treatment for chronic epididymitis. I am suffering from epididymitis from past 2 months. I have consulted with urologist too. He examined and said epididymitis and gave me pain killer and antibiotics but that too didn't work. Please help me.

Please tell me some good gastric tonic which doesn't affect the body as I feel weakness also. Ccf water affects body and causes more weakness.

Hi I did my liver function test post covid and saw a slight increase in bilirubin. Direct -0.48 Total-1.24 My Ayurvedic doctor suggested to eat "aarogyavardhani vati" two tab twice a day and triphala and aloevera juice (20 ml) twice a day. Is it a good medicine for resolving the same? How long should I take it?

Is taking 400mg Ashwagandha everyday good for health? Can I take for 365 days a year ? Or is there any specificied time limit in which we should stop taking it? Asking for general health and strength. Since I am taking it, I feel I never get tired easily which was the case earlier. Earlier I used to get tired easily with some physical activity like playing or doing exercises.

Due to some cut in inner cheeks I am feeling sweet/metallic taste. Can this be due to alum gargle(3 times a day, for 2 days).
