Behavioral changes
Hi, I get hyper very quickly or get angry even on small small things, there has been a lot of change in my behavior in last 3-4 years, which is bothering me... I don't even talk to people properly and get irritated very soon. Even I am not able to give time on meditation also, whenever I do it I am not able to concentrate. Please advise what needs to do? I am worrying mostly about my aggressive behavior. Thanks!
