I have urinary incontinence problem from few months for this I went to a ayurvedic doctor who prescribed me Alarsin Bangshil which I liked a lot but then he switched to another medicine which caused a discomfort and when I spoke to doctor he told it doesn't have any side effect but I am not liking it as its making me to have painful urination. I want to know if there is any remedy I can make at home which has same effect like Bangshil tablet.

I am having pcod problem. Thats why u have facial hairs. Now i am having ashokarista, stree rasayan vati. What else should i do to stop facial hair?

My husband has been getting this pilonidal cyst at the same spot since work from home has started. It has recurred 3-4 times till now but we haven't taken any treatment yet. Recently we went to a surgeon, he suggested flap surgery for the same. I want to know if surgery is the only option here or there is any better option that can assure no recurrence of the pilonidal sinus.

In April ( before COVID ) my creatinine was 0.6. After COVID ( in May and June) it was 0.9 and now it's 1.1 ( I got fever 2 days back May be due to loo which went away after taking Aam pana. Name of some ayurvedic medicine which I have Gokshur Kadha, Kumari asava, Ashwagandharishta, Trikatu Churna, giloy vati, madhunashini etc. Name of allopathy medicine Alpha ketoanalogue, Eliquis (2.5mg),Thyronorm (25mcg) one time in a day, Sobosis (500mg), Renosave p (600mg), Amlodipine (10mg), Megahenz (40mg) two time in a day , Arkamin (0.1mg), Pirfenoid (200 mg) three times in a day, Aspirin (75mg) and Rozuvastin (20mg) in night etc. Sugar medicine Linagliptin (5 mg) BBF and glimepiride (1mg ) Before lunch and Glimepiride (0.5mg) before dinner.

After covid recovery I have tremendous hair fall. Kindly suggest me any good shampoo and hair oil to prevent hair fall. Is there any cure for this problem? Coz I believe in Ayurveda.

Hi! So, my orthopedic doctor prescribed steroids and NSAID for my father's knee arthritis. I do not want him to continue that as they are full of side effects like diabetes etc and stomach problems. Are there any alternative medicines in ayurveda that does the same job and sidrle effects free? Thanks
