Is Pithorin tab good and safe for multiple gallstones?? Size 8.5 mm.. Is this medication safe for elderly who have CKD stage 2 problem? How long does it take to dissolve gallstones??

How about other brands like Vicco, dabur red etc. OR should I use tooth powder or neem twigs? My son is 11 years old and having autism. He learnt to brush on his own with some help.
