Weight Loss through Ayurveda
Hello, I would like to know if there are any ways to reduce weight through Ayurveda. I have been going for daily brisk walks but not able to see any difference. Please help! Thanks

Weight loss basically is through diet and exercise. We have a drug Herbotrim which has fat dissolving drugs and thus helps in burning fat from the body and it retains muscle weight. Also triphala choorna one tsp at night with hot water is helpful for weight loss. Consult me personally.

Causes of obesity 1) श्लेष्मलाहारसेविनो – Eating food which increases solid kafa in body in large quantity regularly. Eg. Mithai sweets etc 2) अध्यशन – Habit of eating food without proper digestion of previous eaten food leads to obesity if happens regularly. 3) अव्यायाम – Non exercises in morning or exertion physical work in day time even after eating too much sweet food or having अध्यशन habit. 4) दिवास्वप्न – Day time sleeping habits after eating of food regularly leads to obesity. 5) परतंत्र कारण – Non following of periods paricharya during period days, non following of sutika paricharya after pregnancy or after abortion. Hesterectomy (surgical removal of uterus), hypothyroidism menopause etc leads to obesity for balancing vata dosha in body. Obesity Signs and symptoms 1) Breathlessness even after small work, exertion or walking 2) Increased thirst, hunger and sleep 3) Oversweting and smelly sweating is indication of obesity 4) Snoring, weakness, blurred speech etc also indicates obesity in affected person. Obese person becomes lethargic less active in all types of day to day work and in sexual activity also. Due to obstruction by fat asthi dhatu (bones), majja shukra dhatu does not get proper nutrition leads to various diseases from diabetes, fistula, fever, recurrent inflammation of various organs body parts, vatvyadhi (joint pain, swelling, varicose veins etc) developed as a result of (अल्पप्राण) Poor fighting capacity against stress tension worry like mind related things and against various infectious and non infectious diseases. Exercises in morning in half strength only is best way according ayurvediy shatra along with correction in diet and lifestyle. In परतंत्र obesity treatment changes according cause. First indentify are you really obese ?? Have extra fat deposits in your body ???!!!! If yes…Then take efforts by following ways:- First by diet & lifestyle corrections by ayurvediy way Second one is half strength exercise at morning time Third thing taking ayutvediy medications which cures your fat deposition tendency in body .Application of medicated oils /powders as aabhyanga /ubtan on fatty part is suggested for it. This is time taking procedures which requires combined correct directions in diet, lifestyle ,exercises and medications .

Brisk walk itself do not give any results. What is your current weight? Yoga do far better results than walking. Walking is also good but supportive exercise only. Need your blood reports if any. Any issues of fatty liver. Any urgent purpose for weight loss? Ayyrveda medicines can do a double effect to yoga and walking. I could give you more advices such as diet, medicine and yoga if you consult with me online.

before consultation in ayurveda there is no equation 1medicine 1 day = -1kg. weight reduction is according to each patient. abrupt weight reduction may harm your health. hence slow weight reduction with healthy food is needed

Walking alone will not help in reducing weight, you require additional workouts along with scientific Ayurvedic diet and regular counsellings.
