Hi There is no medicine in the world which lose weight. Weight can be loss by yoga and by jogging or by skipping. If you want lose weight then do 15 to 20 min skipping daily .second two yoga alom vilom and kapalbhati at least for 15 minute. If you want lose weight in right way then you can reduce 10 kg weight in 6 or 7 month. :-if you prefer treadmill then it will reduce with in 4 ,5 month because on doing treadmill 25 minute 1 kg will  reduce in  one week . And the big thing in treadmill when you leave treadmill after reducing the weight after some time you start gain weight again it is the big drawback of using jim or treadmill. If you want really reduce weight in right way then do skipping at least for 30 min and 15 two yoga alom vilom and kapalbhati. And if you maintain this life style for long life then you will never gain weight and you can live healthy life . :- Drink warm water it is very useful in weight reduce.
