What's the alternative to ashwagandha for pitta prakrity body type. I am suffering from burning sensation and tingling cause by fear and anxiety. Is there any alternative for ashwagandha or can I take ashwagandha as I see this herb is helping me

I am experiencing hair thinning very fast. When tested for hormones, the LH level was said to be high and pcod. I have been taking vitamin taablets llike biosil, trancil and cutamin forte. Using follihair serum. But not seeing any progress from an year. Now it has increased and i can see bald patches.. Please help..
