High crackling sound from joints nopain
Hi Dr. I get continuous and loud crackling sound from all my joint( excess from shoulder joint and Foot/toes) without any pain sensation. I exercise daily and at that time it's a lot fortunately no pain at all. It reduces during the day after exercise but is there throughout the day to sone extent.Also my feet get cold very quickly in AC and cause discomfort (not sure if it is related) The sound increased over time ( since covid started in March 2020) Coudl you please prescribe.Thank u! Have been taking vitamin B n C supplement for 2 months now.
