Usage of Ashwagandha
My son has started taking Ashwagandha capsules from patanjali for better concentration mental and physical strength and good sleep.please let us know if there are any side effects .how much he should take and till when and with water or any other liquid.

Better to take Brahmi capsules or shankhpushpi syrup ..although taking Ashwagandha doesn’t have any side effects .. can be taken in the form of rasayanam with milk for good results

Side effects depend on your son's digestive strength. If digestion batter then no side effects with ashwagandha.

How old is your son??.. Adult dose is one tablet, twice daily, after food preferably with luke warm water or milk. Consult me online through this platform for further guidance and treatment.
