Hello, I am having 10mm distal ureteric calculus with moderate hyderoureteronephrosis and I am using cystone (2tab twice a day), neeri(2tabs after noon) and also using homeopathy. I am having mild pain daily and no other symptoms. Is hyderoureteronephrosis is matter of concern?

Hydrouretonephrosis due to calculus in ureter cause pain in abdomen, vomitting, nausea to reduce it use gokhashuradi guggul (2tab 2 times),shankhavati (2tab 2times) varunadi kwatha (1)10ml mix in half glass water 3times.drink 5lit water in day .use this treatment for 3month
Yes the stone is of bit large size. As it is in ureter it has to be powdered or reduced in size so that it can easily be moved through ureter and can pass through urine.
Till then u will be getting mild pain on and off.
Nothing to worry as such but if u get severe pain with sweating and vomiting sensation then the stone has to be removed. As it is blocking ureters urine starts accumulating in kidneys and there will be swelling in kidney and part of ureter above stone. It may lead to infection in urine and kidney as well.
So kindly monitor your symptoms if pain aggravates then get it removed or else u can continue with
Cystone forte 2 0 2
Neeri tablet 1 1 1
Varunadhi kashaya 3tsp with double water twice.
Gokshuradi guggulu 1 1 1
All these for one month. For mild pain u can take Tablet cyclopam just if there is pain.
Take these medicines for 15 days and repeat the scan to see the size.
If size reduced continue same medicines for one month.
