Is duck egg good for piles?? Does eating duck egg reduces piles problem?? What are some other remedies for internal piles?

Please let me know what this is and why is it flaky. Is there any way to heal this? The big one is not itchy but the other one beside it is a bit itchy. I have tried many things on it but nothing seems to work. I haven't tried Ayurveda before but I do believe in it and hoping Ayurveda could help me deal with this as I have already used many allopathic medicines and applied many ointments but nothing really seems to work.

My creatinine before covid was 0.6 after covid it became 0.9 May be due to steroids which I took for 5 days. 20 days back I took aarogyavardhanivati after consulting my Vaidya as my bilirubin had come little higher. Now after consuming the same for 20 days my creatinine has increased to 1.1. Is aarogyavardhani Vati the culprit? Can I reverse the creatinine now ?
