Prepone preriods
Hello, Can you please let me know if having papaya, sesame seeds, turmeric water etc prepone periods ? If periods prepone, then will ovulation in that cycle be affected ? I'm trying to conceive But next month have function to attend and would like to prepone periods by 3-4 days and not more than that. Thanks in advance

You can't prepone your periods using all such methods. You need to take hormonal pills only for the same.
