Can I take karela and jamun for diabetic. Am having pre-diabetes having pp 170 and fp 110. And scan I tak this long term causes issues. I have renal stones as well.

My daughter is not height... She is shot in her class... She feel bad about that ...is there any solution in Ayurveda... Please reply....

I've got my 2nd dose of vaccination today. I've been taking medicine for Sinusitis from past two weeks as prescribed by Ayurvedic doctor I,e Anu taila, Sitophaladi churna with Abhrak bhasma, n Haridrakhand. Request you to kindly advise should I continue the medication course or should I stop for few days because of vaccination. Pls help
