Hello how do you know u have vitamin b12 and d deficiency? Have you done the blood test? If so just show the reports. Based on how much deficiency we can tell you dosage and duration.
For cholesterol control exercise regularly for half an hour.
Don't take oily deep fried products. Avoid junk food, milk products, red meat. Eat skinless chicken, fish and eggs. Also include plenty of Vegetables and fruits. Avoid maida, sugar in your diet.
