My fiancee is suffering from Urticaria and having severe mood swing all the time. And sometimes she has been suffering from slight chest pain exactly at the centre. Her skin was found to be some some pores like structure. She is under levocetrizine medication. Once she withdraw the medication, she appear the same issue. She is completely dependent upon medication. What are the required blood test for her to undertake? Is there any solution to this issue?

Breathing issues post covid due to persisting cough since 5 months. All test reports are normal with no infection or inflammation. I have tried different forms of medicine be it homeopathy allopathy or ayurvedic. ayurveda was healing me but I couldn't continue the medication as I felt nauseaus constantly and couldn't eat at all. homeopathy again is making me nauseaus. It is very disturbing as I cannot go for long walks I feel exhausted. Unable to do any physical activity. Manage to do yoga for an hour. feels like my airways gets blocked all the time. Gets clear and then blocks again. Anything I can do to cure it at home with natural remedies.
