When I eat spicy and dairy food I have back pain, acidity, chest pain for 2 day, and this problem form last 2 year, doctor said gallbladder calculi and suggest for surgery but I afraid, please help

I read ashwagandha and shatavri together is helpful in gaining weight. Is it true? If yes, how should I take them?

My friend is suffering from NDPH . since 2008 and she have gone through all the diagnostic test including MRI and report are normal. She have also visited many neurologists but nothing seems to work for. Everytime neurologists prescribed her antimigraine medication due to which she has to gone through severe adverse effects. So I just wanted to know if  there is  any treatment  in ayurveda for "NDPH headache".

My father got stroke at 2nd May and right side got paralyzed and had a big infarct on left side of brain and couldn't able to talk. We took him to hospital.                                            After getting discharged after 3 weeks he started having emotional disturbances, refusing to eat, crying very loudly, becoming violent sometime, not feeling guilty of done anything wrong, unable to understand what we are saying and not even make us understand what he wants. He gets angry, cries, shout most of the time and can only utter word 'aaaaaa'. We arranged physical and speech therapy and in that also he refuse to take therapy and cries and shouts. His physical condition has improved but brain condition has became worse. We admitted him to CMC and the doctors said that left side is damaged and can't be recovered. His speech is the same as it was 4 month ago. Us caregivers are having very hard time with this because we have to look after him continuously and he don't even cooperate.

I was diagnosed by my psychiatrist with Pre menstrual dysphoric disorder and gave me psychotropic medicine to deal with my extreme PMS which are mood swings, anger outburst, weeping spells, lethargy, disturbed sleep cycles, sleeping too much or too little. I don't want to take psychotropic medicines for it . Which ayurvedic medicines can I take for it ?

I am having hair thinning from last 8 year. My hair above forehead is very thin. I had consulted Trichologist who gave Kreatin and Minoxydil. There was not much improvement in thickness even after 2 year. But hairfall reduced. Please suggest Avurvedic oil. Thanks
