I am suffering from stomach gurgling few years back...then 6 month back i have throat burning and tongue sores...past 3 month suffering from stomach burning and chest burning

If I have Hepatitis B infection in my blood then can Himalaya Liv 52 Syrup Or Himalaya Liv 52 HB capsule treat and cure the Hepatitis B virus completely? As it is claimed by the company that Liv 52 has anti viral properties and herbs that can remove the virus after 6-8 months of treatment. Please advise is it really helpful in treatment of Hepatitis B patients? If yes, then how long should I keep taking Liv 52 Syrup Or Liv 52 HB capsule?

Any medicine for complete treatment for external haemorrhoid. No bleeding and less pain .can ayurveda med can shrink haemorrhoid too or any alternative to surgery kindly suggest medication..
