I have DNS and right turbinate hypertrophy from last one year.My friend has told me about kshara sutra in nose..please let me know who do that in Hyderabad as most of the ayurvedic doctor suggested only nasya..and medicine course..which didn't help. Let me know is there any side effects of doing it.

Hello Doctor, My father has always gastric issues like burping and excessive flatulence. He has impaired lifestyle in terms of eating and sleeping due to work. He has also mild hypertension sometimes (usually in morning around 135,92). He has also hemorrhoids and experiences slight bleeding occasionally after taking spicy food or more non veg food. He is currently regularly taking chyawanprash with turmeric milk during bedtime. Please suggest some medicine for relief from these symptoms as he usually takes allopathic pantoprazole 40 medicine in morning. I was thinking of getting "Abhayarista" syrup for him. Please let me know if it's suitable for him. Thank you.
