2. Eat less, example if you can eat 6 idlyies at once stop at 4. Same for every other.
3.Take a small walk preferably outside after eating
4.Take time and eat don't eat in hurry
5. Drink buttermilk with a pinch of hing after lunch
6. Sleep well, do yoga (especially pavanamuthasana) and meditation.
