If it's been since months you better get a urine analysis and urine culture done. Also get a scan done of abdomen. If any stone in bladder we can rule out. Also drink more water,. Also check blood sugar levels.

Have you got your USG scanning of abdomen and pelvis? Also get your Urine checked ( urine routine) for infection. Without reason cannot treat properly.
Reasons could be
1. Infection
2. Stone
3. Some growth or tissue etc obstructing the flow
4. Uretral patologies
Etc.
