Urge to yawn and incomplete yawning
I urge to yawn and there is incomplete yawning .i have problem of gas and allergic rhinitis. Earlier doctor told me that it was from low oxygen Level in my body but today morning I checked my oxygen level. it is 99 so my oxygen level is very good so why i am facing this yawning problem?

Hello dear, don't worry,Your problem of yawning is not due to permanent Defeciency of the Oxygen ,It is due to requirement of lungs of Oxygen due to slow respiration/inhalation etc,due to Stress/ anxiety /tiredness , It's temporary Defeciency of oxygen for sometime,It also body's defence mechanism, natural warning to maintain,Drop Anu tail in nostrils daily,Cap Urtiplex Charak 2 bid,Kesari jivan 1 tsf bid with turmeric milk,Tab Triphala Himalaya 3 tabs at night for 3 days with Lukewarm water, Sitopaladi Churna 1 tsf bid with Honey
