In last two weeks i was feeling fullness after eating anything and gassy few times. From last five days i am taking small cardamom after eating anything and it worked so well. No fullness after eating anymore. I want to ask what kind digestive issue i am suffering from ?(where cardamom is working like magic)

Hi, I need help and suggestions for my 56 year old mother. She is having high BP and suffers from gastric problem like acidity also. Recently, she is experiencing dizziness ( like head spinning) after having a meal. She had previously around 20 years back, got Jaundice twice and CBD operation ( removal to CBD stone). Please suggest whether the acidity, high BP and dizziness issue be treated? Please suggest some good medications. I want to also consult. Thanks
