Detailed history needs to be checked. As of now, if there are no associated symptoms then its not much of a concern. Try to get your BP checked by manual machine if possible. Monitor it for a week twice a day at same timings. For more details, you can consult us or your doctor.
Health Tips
Can minimize salt in their diet.(preventive) Can include some ayurvedic herbs ( under doctors supervision)

1.Blood pressure normal is considered to be 120/80 mmofHg ( plus or minus 10) 2.A person is considered hypertensive ( having high blood pressure) after recording the blood pressure at least once a week for 3 weeks and all the times it exceeds the normal. 3.Looking at the number you have said '84' seems like you got a new electronic bp machine home and checked your bp. Please don't panic to it's number. Go to doctor and check in mercury apparatus and confirm. 4. Usually it's not a cause of consern if no symptoms few people will have some 10 points plus or minus we are not Robert or machines to have exact number as theoretical books claim us to be healthy. 5. Also variations are seen depending upon what you ate, temperature of surrounding, sleep in previous night, stress levels and such variations could be temporary. 6. Still if you find by going to doctor and checking that it border line higher first make some changes In diet, then do ayurveda meds if diet not sufficient, then go for allopathy if ayurveda is not sufficient. This way in my opinion will keep a person healthy for long time.( not just bp for all health concerns in general)
Next Steps
Consult for better and more understanding of the issues related or doubts regarding above.
