Reduce blood pressure below 140/90
Can I reduce blood pressure below 140/90 with aerobic exercise, balanced diet and stress management? I would like to avoid medication for hypertension. I do not have prior history of such blood pressure. Recent annual health checkup recorded such blood pressure readings. Thanks for advice.

Yes you can do.there are 50% chance. Because you don't know the cause of BP . If you do daily aerobic exercise and diet management. One thing you can add  start drink warm water  and avoid sald and do exercise or meditation daily Once you reduce at least 10 kg of your weight then your BP comes down automatically.

Dear Sir, Ideally goal oriented interventions of yoga, and Ayurveda with proper diet shoulder be explored for 6 months to year before taking a decision on starting Allopathic medications.
Health Tips
Yoga- which is personalized and therapeutic is most useful rather than general yoga. KYM school of Yoga could be an option.
