Blood pressure according to ayurveda
For men in their forties, american system says bp cannot exceed 120/80. Whereas German system says bp can be 140/90. What does ayurveda say, is 140/90 considered normal bp in ayurveda? How high is too high?

If your age is 40 then your bp 140/90 is normal. According to your age it's normal and According to ayurveda it's pre hypertension condition. So change your diet and life style.

It should not cross 140/90 at your age and if at 140/90 also if you have symptoms like headache, weakness then ayurvedic treatment can be started.

Its normal in ur age in all pathies.. Lower one should not increase 95.. Upper one should not increase 150. Take proper counseling to clear all ur doubts
