Giloy ghanvati with Ashwagandha
I am taking Himalaya ashwagandha 2 tablets after ayurveda doctor supervision as a supplement for my workout. Can i also take giloy ghanvati for seasonal throat infection as in delhi i have been always suffering from itching throat and throat infection becausecof atmosphere, although i am doing steam inhale 2 times in day for 10 min. Along with salt water gargle in the guidance of doctor. Doing this i get relief but symptoms come back in few days.

For seasonal throat infection you can take laxmivilas ras or trikatu capsule. That will be more effective.  For gargling add turmeric powder along with salt.
