Suggestions for alternative medicine
My ayurvedic doctor had suggested me Deprease Tab by Rigil company for IBS induced stress, anxiety and insomnia. But this medicine is not available online or in nearby store. Can anyone suggest me a good alternative medicine.

Inform the same doctor that it's not available. He it will be useful for him not to prescribe others and find alternative. If we have to suggest you alternative it's not possible. Ayurveda doesn't have alternative each doctor has their own way of working and thinking. It's professional not a criteria or protocol to follow or replace.
