I have PCOS and my periods are irregular. from past 10 days around I'm bleeding it's not too much it's less and at times more is like a spoonful kind of but it has a very bad smell, something that I never had before.. What should I do and hope nothing is serious..

I want to take Himalaya Mentat. But problem with me is that In the morning I am taking medicines for BP (Nebimac 5). At night also I am taking medicine for BP(amlosafe 5)and medicines for anxiety and schezophernia. When can I take mentat because all medicines I am taking is allopathic.

Hi, My father is of 74 age and Fasting blood sugar level was 120 and Post food it was 162. Healthy enough with his all routine work like exercise and yoga. Around 16 to 17 days back due to wearing a gold ring in his ring finger some rashes,redness and pain was happend so our Dr. suggested some  ayurvedic medicine as Khadiradi vati and Manjishtadi taila. We took the complete dose and still applying oil. Doctor is out of town from few days. So please want some suggestions regarding slow improvement.
