Hi, I was suffering from constipation problem for last 11-12 years and gas for 2 years. Recently I developed pain during my stool and doctor suggested for endoscopy and colonoscopy and I have attached the reports. I am 42 years old with no other medical condition with Vata character. I was suggested medicine - 1) ashwakalpa vati - 2 tablets before lunch and dinner. 2) Triphala Gugulu - 2 tablets after lunch and dinner. 3) Abhayrishta 20-30 ml after lunch and dinner. 4) Sitcom tablet - 1 after breakfast, lunch and dinner. 5) Dabur Pilocheck Gel use externally . 6) Momplus suspension liquid 15 ml before bed at night. I don't drink and smoke only 1 cigarette a day. I walk daily 8-9 kms with a speed of 6 km/hour. Please suggest -- Should I need to chage or add medicine as per my reports ??? What should be my diet and wht food I strictly avoid. ? Plz suggest in details.

During poop i strained very hard and after that i am feeling some lockness / tightness feeling in pelvis area.During rest i dont feel muscle to be relaxed properly.I dont have any pain.What could be the exact cause lf this?I am very worried is it any damage or what. Due to this problem ed and back pain problem, i do some exercise but exercise doesn't help improve, ayurveda can help to solve this problem... Thank you

I was suffering from Jock itch from 2 months. Last month taken allopathic treatment got cured completely. But I am having body heat and stomach heat which causes mild itching all over body in night or when i go out in sunlight. Itching happens mainly on chest, back shoulder, legs and elbow area. Any ayurvedic medicine to cure it permanently? I think if I get cured body heat it will automatically reduce itching problem. Please suggest.

I have gurgling sound in my upper (mid and right region) abdomen and below chest region while lying down. I am also burping a lot and after burping i can hear gurgling sound on my throat. I feel discomfort and bloating in upper abdomen. I sometimes have shortness of breath and chest pain. My gas is forming more than before and i am also passing more gas. I have intense  pain around my navel. I also have weakness in my body. I am suffering from this from around a month. I sometimes feel that something want to come out from throat. Ct scan is normal.

There is one medicine named as Ruma-t (tara herbal) is effective in osteoarthritis is have side effect of it?? If not what doses it will be given. Kindly suggest.

I'm taking antidepressants tablet from last 8 year but how it stop from taking or else I went to ayurvedic treatment panchkarm or homeopathic. Because allopatic have side effect & it can't treat the disease fully.now I am feeling better but allopathic hide the disease &do not overcome from root. Please guide what treatment should I take so never suffer from depression again .
