Hi , I have one Question I am physically active. I exercise 5 times a day, I do pranayama daily, I eat clean and good diet consisting of fruits, vegetables. I eat Chawanprash daily, turmeric milk every night. I don't eat out much , I don't take cold water. Despite of all this, I still get cold and cough problems every 2 months. What's the reason?? Where I am wrong? What can I do further. Please tell

I am having a problem of bleeding when i am going for stool , with  less stool high liquid red blood is coming & so therefore i have go to toilet for stool for many times & i feel discomfort. Please guide me a hameopathic, ayurvedic & fast remedy medicines to stop bleeding. I had shown 1 -2 doctors but the medicines didnt gave much cure to me blood is coming still now. Should i take triphala guggulu tablet or powder? if powder then why not teblet and if teblet then why not powder?

I am 42 yrs female, with two children elder one is of16 yrs and younger one 12 yrs..both with ceasarian. In 2014 I hady first uti... After that I am having them..all time... urography is done..that come negative..all related tests for t.b. cancer, pap,s smear, blood sugar, each and every test is done.. ultrasound,s are fine...post voiding.. everything is normal still have problem
