I have went through a surgery to treat my pilonidal sinus that i had for like 3 years but after 2 years of surgery it's coming back and i don't want to live with this. I want to know about the Kshar Sutra treatment on how it's done, is it medically safe , is it painful, how long does it take to complete the procedure, can it cure it permanently and lastly any recommendations on a surgeon in chandigarh Thanks in advance.

Good morning sir. I have ED, hence I started to take Shilajeet in liquid form but when I take this at night with milk, the next morning there is burning sensation when I pass stool. If I stop taking then I am fine. Is this a common side effect of Shilajeet?? I am 29 years old. Perfectly healthy. Request you to please help me with this issue, should I continue or not? I have no other health issue. Thanks is advance sir/ma'am.
