I have severe sebo dermatitis on my scalp like dry dandruff , and skin behind my ears, On my eye lids and on chest I have dandruff. I was suggested my one of friend who is getting trained on Auyverdic medicine said to take Swarna Bhasma with honey to be treated. Please advise.

Can anyone please tell me a natural alternative of alarsin bangshil it was given to me for varicocele but now varicocele is not a concern for me at all my mind is not in my control it behaves insanely cause me to have complexities and disturbance i am asking about bangshil because when i was taking it was giving a good mood to my mind , now it was stopped same mind disturbances i started to feel . Please tell me something natural as i do not want to rely on medicines for long.

I have sinus bradycardia since last 2 month can it be cured please tell some medications in ayurveda

I went to doctor for panchkarma details..i have constipation and sinus issue so I thought he will suggest me to basti..he said i need to do vamana and virechana..will it solve my problem permanently ?he is saying i am facing constipation because of sinus so if sinus is solved constipation will be cured..please suggest the best therapy.

The priscription is added nd I didn't take the 6 30 am nd 4 pm ones on time is there a problem . Should I be concerned about it (Priscription attached)

Soo my aurveda Dr gave me some medicine that I had to have at 6 30 I had that at 8 ... Nd a medication that I needed to have before food I had it after food will there be a problem ?

Iam male, 47 years old. Recently I have been diagnosed with angiokeratoma of scrotum. Is there any ayurvedic treatment for the same or laser treatment is the only way out. Kindly advise.
