Myself I am 22 but my height was 169 from 17 years I tried many exercises which strengthen my muscle on spinal but my height wasn't increased what should I do now I got some tips in google that some ayurvedic medicines will increase a person height upto 2inches is that real if so what are the complications and side effects should I face after using that and how long shall I use to increase my height or any other ways let me know please
