Heard amla syrup is good for immunity and general health Which brand to buy and how to take it? How long can i continue? No health issues just as a supplement seeking to take amla syrup. How many times a day should i take it

Usually my cycle is regular. But I am getting scanty menses for the past 3 years which have only spotting and blood clots, there is no blood flow. I am also trying to conceive for past 1 year. I took USG scan and there are no problems in the report. No pcod as well. So, I consulted ayurvedic doctor and started taking medicine. It's been 3 months since I started taking medicine (noori,a-compound,lodhra tonic) bt no improvement till date. Can you please advise? This scanty menses is making me depressed and I am really worried that it may cause infertility. Kindly advise.
