How safe is it to visitAnOphthalmologist
I've been using spects for10 years now,or till 6 months back.As part of cleaning measures I would take after getting home back from work, I'd soak in concentrated soap soln. even spects & leave it as it is overnight especially these days. This went on for over an year&finally because of strong action of the same,my glasses developed scratches all over the surface. When it turned unfit for use,I stopped using it altogether&from +60+40 before,I don't know how much things went wrong with constant exposure of eyes. For,before I was able to see things even minutely that lay close to eyes. But now, not only distant objects(that looked blurred)to start with,10 years ago;even close objects are not clearly visible but are blurred.I'd been told 10 years ago I have short sight, ie,I can't see clearly distant objects.I could see closer objects even without spects,&read etc.But now, even closer objects are giving a miss. Can't read without spects. Can Ayurveda reverse the situation?Else, how safe visit Dr?
