I want to do panchkarma
I went to doctor for panchkarma details..i have constipation and sinus issue so I thought he will suggest me to basti..he said i need to do vamana and virechana..will it solve my problem permanently ?he is saying i am facing constipation because of sinus so if sinus is solved constipation will be cured..please suggest the best therapy.

Treatment should be step by step
After vasti. Vamana is good
But if u directly go for Vamana karma therapy will be serious
