My mother is suffering from gas acidity n constipation .and sometime dizziness too.one of our relative suggest to do panchkarma.she wants to do the panchkrma treatmant but she's scared .as many people said its painful and weak person cant handle it.her weight is 50 kg n she is feeling weak. Should she go for it?

Panchkarm needs proper care and all but her issue can be resolved with normal detox too and in that weakness is not a hurdle

She can undergo simple procedures like anuvasana vasthi and sadyo virechanana.if her body is weak she may not be able to do other panchakarma procedures as of now. But it's best to have an in person consultation with an Ayurveda physician and take a call
