For constipation and acidity
My mother is on blood thinner and metformin for diabetes and diltiazem for hypertension. Not daily but sometime she suffer from constipation for 3-4 days. Kindly suggest some med for acidity and constipation. Thank you

Make some changes in daily routine and diet habits. Intake of more fruits till afternoon and a plate full of salad before having food. Increase fibre in diet. Saok 1 tea spoon each of Ajwain, jeera, Methi dana and saunf in a glass of water at night.Boil it in morning and drink it when reduced to half. Have soaked Anjeer in morning after this. Do it for 1 week and see results.
