Hello my friend,
First things first, drink plenty of water.
It is always important to drink enough water to get rid of acidity and constipation as well.
KumariAsava won't be very useful in this case.
Get rid of the constipation first, acidity will automatically be under control.
You can take these Ayurvedic Medicines,
* आमपाचक वटी - 2 tablets - 30 mins after the dinner with Luke warm water.
* कामदुधा रस - 1 tablet twice a day.
* सौम्य विरेचन - once in a week. For that you can have गंधर्व हरितकी चूर्ण - 1-2 teaspoon with warm water before retiring for sleep.
- Avoid stale/junk food.
- Avoid tea/coffee/carbonated beverages.
- Don't drink water before and immediately after your meals. You can have sips of water in between.
- Do some exercise like jogging, cycling, skipping rope etc. Make it a habit.
- नौली क्रिया - Helps to regulate the peristaltic movements of the intestine.
