Alternative to Dytor Plus 10 in Ayurveda
Hello, this is with respect to my Father (Age 64 yrs) having high bp and lvh problem. For past 5-6 years he was taking Stator ASP 75 and Prolomet AM 50. At recent visit to doctor (Cardiologist), as his bp was on higher side dytor plus 10 and telsar 40 was prescribed. Since dytor plus 10 was started, he is having frequent episodes of dehydration with dry mouth and dizziness, even after taking lots of water. I wanted to know, if there is a safer ayurvedic alternative to dytor plus 10 having similar diuretic effects. Need guidance, as the side effects arent mild and are disrupting daily lifestyle

Concerning about dryness of mouth that may be due to severe cold suggest maintain proper temperature in the room and do oil massage full body for a few days

ur father has kidney related problems so BP is highso check KFT it clear s the situation.Drink at least 2.5litres of water daily measure it.add coconut water inhis diet atleast 2to3in a week.

Diabetes and Kidney function are to be considered. Check Blood Sugar FBS & PP, Creatinine, Blood Urea, electrolyte, Uric acid and eGFR levels.
Kidney function variations can lead to Hypertension. Allopathy medicines as Diuretics like Lasix are seen increasing Creatinine levels rapidly leading to dialysis.
