Was this purpose for a child or an adult? As you would know that breakfast is the brain food, kindly do morning at least at 8am. All veggies are antioxidants and hence good for brain. Turmeric is included in all indian foods and the golden milk. Ash gourd, broccoli, egg, fish, nuts , dry fruits etc. Unless you would have mentioned the purpose.
