Brahmi ghrita with camel milk & fish oil
Hello Doctor, Can brahmi ghrita be taken on a different time of the same day when camel milk is taken and fish oil supplement(containing preservative ins211)(all taken on different timings on same day).I am giving so many things because they are good for the brain and I avoid giving fish oil supplements on days when she eats fish. Also please guide for how long brahmi ghrita be taken and I am also using brahmi infused hair oil(krya classic kids hair oil),so I am balancing the amount of brahmi I give to her by giving a little less than 1/4th teaspoon of brahmi ghrita/day and remaining brahmi I cover up in the hair oil.Kindly guide how can I go ahead without any side effects.

Brahmi ghrit should be given empty stomach with lukewarm water. It should not be given without doctor’s advice. Rather you can give swarna Prashana under doctors supervision. For further details you can consult with me in Dr. Monga Medi Clinic or consult me directly by taking a consultation on PRACTO share all details with me.

I think neither you should be using Fish/fish oil nor Camel milk. Brahmi Ghritam is sufficient for the purpose. You are overdoing n trying to give opposite quality (together makes) which is nothing but works like poison.
