Brahmi tablet twice in evening
I have been succesfully treated for anal fistula b4 one and half year by god grace
But since six months i am having symptoms like irritable bowel syndrome for which my doctor gave me brahmi tablet twice in evening which picture i have posted below,
Does this tablet produce heat in stomach(pet ki garmi) or have a side effect which causes fissure, fistula or piles?
I am very much scared of using things which produce heat(pet ki garmi) in stomach
Pls advice

Body heat which u r telling is due to ur IBS.. definitely not due to Brahmi vati as it is cooling in nature
