Bramhi vati is not for vericose vein it is for mental stress,heart related problem that's why you feel heavyness in head please deprived medicine,take proper sleep,it will goes soon, consult proper for vericose vein.

There are better medicines for varicose veins.headache could be due to other reasons.brahmi do not cause headache as such.
