High anal fistula
Hello Doctor, My husband is suffering from high anal fistula from past 2 years so we took MRI fistulogram last week and attached the report here. For high anal fistula we only go with very old treatment like SETON only and if we do surgery then he may face motion incontinence likewise we get to know from one of the Doctor. I'm very much worried.please check the report and help us whether we can cure this with sidha medication.Already we are taking below medication
1. Moolanivarana legium with naththaiparpam twice a day
2.Taking tablet in the Morning- pilomarc,Noon-zopils,night-tripala tab.
3.Taking aloevera juice in the morning after breakfast.
Is this really enough to cure high anal fistula?
