I'm having ksharsutra treatment for ano fistula since 31/03/24. Since then 4 medicated threads has been changed but the tract is still not completely cut. MRI report is attached, kindly guide how much time it would take to cut completely and healing afterwards.

Medicated threads helps in cutting down/closing the tract completely also helps in removing the pus. If pus discharge still persists it might need 2 or few more thread changes. Check TRUS scan is needed.
