Fistula in ano rectal
Good morning sir / madam, My husband had fistula in ano in the year 2019 and was done two surgeries in 2020 failed but finally he has done kshar sutra treatment after that he is fine but only sometimes there's pain while pooping and wound is still not yet closed also doctor suggested to take swarna bhasma so which swarna bhasma is good brand ? And due to pain recently he had went to allopathic doctor but they did biopsy of pus from rectum showed kleibsella heavy growth to get rid of bacterial infection what he should take in ayurveda pls replyyyy

Got ur concern and it happens in fistula to re-occurrence but healing delay has its own causes n some part needed to realign by ur routine habits n some needed to play by ur treating dr by maintaining sop of drainage dressing n Ksharsutra replacement.
It's good u done CST of pus help to choose appropriate anti biotic.
