Brahmi Ghrita can be taken for long time . This would depend more for what condition you are taking this.
Also keep a close watch on Tg levels ( though not directly related). It also depends on how you take Brahmi Ghrita.
Next Steps
After applying Brahmi oil for 40 mins , wash it.off.
