I am taking medha vati 4-4-4 in a day .I am fealing very sleapy . But very less relief of anxiety is there . Should I continue with dose or make it 2-2 in the morning and evening

Food pattern,Proper Meditation , Behavior pattern etc Ayurved medicine has good result but only medicine without proper guidance has poor response.
Try to Relax your self and focus on your job not at thoughts.Take Green veg and seasonal fruits.avoid junk food, spicy,acidic.Try to live in present not in past and future thoughts.
