This is a good anti oxidant. You can it for ĺ ĺmonths continuously. Afterwhich you can consult with me. It is good to hear that guduchi assures you good results. Hope you have routine diet with veggies and exercise or yoga. I prefer yoga more. Do exercises within your limits. You would become flexible by three to five weeks. Diet, exercise and giloy can make a good result.
