I did virechan ystrday and until now I had 31 times diarrhoea, i have lower back pain, i feel very weak, ystrday i said the same thing to my treating doctor he said it will get better by tomorrow, however i don't see any improvement, I couldnt sleep also as every 2-3 hrs I woke up at night to pass diarrhoea.
Does this happen? I'm worried and so is my family.

Don't get panic..Follow up with your treating doctor. Rather taking others opnion. Have lemon with sugar water , coconut water , consult any ayurveda physician you wl get benefit definitely avoid self medication
